Break free from the four walls of the gym and experience the energy of training in the open air. Our outdoor functional training sessions combine strength, agility, balance, and cardio into power-packed 60-minute workouts that challenge your entire body.
Training Format
Sessions follow a circuit format with 8–10 stations covering bodyweight movements, battle ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls, and resistance bands. The outdoor environment adds natural terrain challenges that machines simply cannot replicate.

Sessions run every Saturday and Sunday at 08:00 AM. All fitness levels welcome — modifications provided for every exercise.
